Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Logistics)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States

Salary: $40,000 per year plus commissions

What you will do

• Create requisitions, manage candidate statuses, and organize applicant data in internal databases.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen applicants, assess skills using tests and assignments, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Draft and update job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare new-hire metrics, manage the employee referral process, and provide administrative support to Recruiting and HR.
• Build relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices and support employer branding across social media and newsletters.

Requirements

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong computer, workflow organization, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in the Tempe, Arizona location and perform extended periods of computer-based work.
