R&D Product Design Engineer (Golf Equipment)

What you will do

• Create and analyze high-precision golf club head designs using Siemens NX CAD.
• Document design processes, dimensions, club head specifications, and other technical requirements.
• Collaborate with design, development, manufacturing, legal, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
• Estimate and communicate design timelines and development updates.
• Identify product risks and participate in resolving issues affecting product success.
• Follow Product Design procedures and standards while working independently to achieve design objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with Siemens NX or another top-tier CAD platform.
• Skills in sketching, free-form surfacing, solid modeling, associative and parametric modeling, and family-of-parts design methods.
• Knowledge of golf club performance physics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong critical-thinking, written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter or another PLM system.
