Analyst, Business Analytics

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-141 Bay, 17th Floor

What you will do

• Create reports, dashboards, and business commentary highlighting performance, trends, successes, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytics methods, including time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and classification.
• Lead end-to-end automation of scheduled reporting and workflows, including data preparation, cleanup, output, and presentation.
• Partner with internal teams to understand reporting needs and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Identify new technology solutions that improve reporting speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Power Automate, Excel macros, SAS, and SQL.
• Ability to build, maintain, and improve reporting and self-service data workflows.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced banking operations and collections environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Certification in Alteryx or Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAS Statistics, statistical analysis, or Microsoft Office.
