Decision Analytics Associate

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices

Salary: $90,000.00–$101,750.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to analyze dynamic business issues.
• Use data analytics to support client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses with R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize findings and communicate results through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and create project deliverables.
• Implement solutions, strengthen problem-solving capabilities, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
• Knowledge of programming, such as Java, Python, or R.
• Experience with at least one analytic language or tool, such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in Canada, or the ability to obtain it, are required.
