Operations Supervisor

Location: Stockbridge, Georgia, United States; onsite at the Stockbridge Distribution Center

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, workload, staffing, and workflow for an assigned distribution center department and shift.
• Manage performance across service, cost, quality, accuracy, safety, productivity, and morale metrics.
• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate operations coordinators, specialists, clerks, and production associates.
• Coordinate with operations managers, customer service, planning, quality, and other operational teams.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and daily work guidelines to optimize people, equipment, and technology.
• Conduct safety walks and inspections while managing incidents, near misses, compliance, and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, customer-focus, and change-management abilities.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and team environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, blackout periods, and multiple shifts in a distribution environment.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods, walk, stoop, climb, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds; shifts may last up to 12 hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work onsite at the Stockbridge Distribution Center in Stockbridge, Georgia.

Nice to have

• At least two years of previous leadership experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Manhattan warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, radio-frequency scanners, conveyors, and related distribution center technologies.
