Banking Centre Leader I (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time in Saint Paul, AB, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Develop client relationships and support clients with financial needs, home ownership, and business setup.
• Hire, coach, and develop employees while creating a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor banking centre performance, implement action plans, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Build community connections, recruit aligned employees, and manage operational and client risk.

Requirements

• Experience coaching and supporting team members to achieve goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and capable of leading diverse teams.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
