Financial Service Representative (Banking)

Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada; full-time on-site at a banking centre. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, strong interpersonal communication, empathy, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Goal orientation, willingness to learn, and commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
