Financial Services Representative II

Location: On-site full-time at the Comox banking centre, 195 Port Augusta St, Comox, BC, Canada. The role may require working at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and includes evening and weekend hours.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, provide financial guidance, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support clients’ financial goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through networking, marketing, and community outreach.
• Connect clients with relevant specialists, products, and opportunities across the bank.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada, in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented mindset and commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
