Financial Services Representative II (Fintech)

Location: On-site full-time in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during hours that may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking and group problem solving.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and digital banking tools.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
