Systems Analyst (Healthcare)

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually

What you will do

• Design enhancements and new business applications or information systems solutions.
• Integrate technical and business requirements into practical system designs.
• Identify suitable technical solutions and produce technical specifications within the existing code environment.
• Connect business analyst needs and architecture definitions to implementable technical solutions.
• Support rapid prototyping, requirements management, and system performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of information technology experience, a technical certification or college coursework and 4 years of IT experience, or 6 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration, cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
• Experience with big data analytics, including HAVEn, Hadoop, Autonomy, or Vertica.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, or CAS, and service-oriented architecture using SOAP or REST.
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and scripting technologies, including Java, HTML5, iOS, Android, Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, ASP.NET, PHP, and C#.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or iterative SDLC methodologies, with strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
