Manager, Healthcare Reimbursement and Regulatory Compliance (Healthcare)

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus discretionary bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Deliver healthcare regulatory, compliance, and reimbursement consulting services to clients and prospective clients.
• Identify Medicare cost report opportunities involving critical access hospitals, PPS hospitals, disproportionate share, bad debts, wage index, and related issues.
• Develop client deliverables, training materials, project work plans, and internal and external status reports.
• Lead and direct support staff, prioritize project work, and ensure milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior team members in industry best practices for implementation and project management.
• Support business development by discussing client challenges and presenting consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory experience; consulting experience is desirable.
• Hands-on experience completing Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross reimbursement reports.
• Strong knowledge of third-party reimbursement procedures, project management, leadership, and team supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
