Property & Casualty Insurance Agent - Seasonal Role

Location: Remote for US residents only; Houston, TX listed

Salary: Up to $20 per hour, plus monthly incentives.

What you will do

• Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Resolve service requests and maintain client relationships that support retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Support customers throughout the full policy cycle and collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues while maintaining accurate records.
• Stay informed on insurance industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred; call center experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, PC, multitasking, and objection-handling skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US. Reliable wired internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, an up-to-date modem, and a quiet workspace are required.
