Client Relations Account Representative

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $21.00–$21.63 per hour

What you will do

• Promote and renew assigned insurance coverage for existing clients through phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Answer policyholder and insurance broker inquiries about current coverage and upcoming renewals.
• Coordinate applications, required forms, and underwriting information with clients and internal underwriters.
• Present quotes or estimates, close sales, and gather market intelligence when renewals are not completed.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain client relationships after the first year of coverage.
• Provide backup support to other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales or customer service experience; insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
