Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Liverpool, UK; hybrid working

Salary: £26,938–£28,609 per annum, plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus

What you will do

• Provide tailored household insurance quotations for new and existing customers.
• Retain customers, upsell additional products, and respond to renewal queries.
• Review renewal invitation lists and renew household policies compliantly.
• Check policy data accuracy and keep client records up to date.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering professional customer service.
• Work with team leaders and managers to meet sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, administration, organisational, and data-entry skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; visa sponsorship is not available.
