Change Management Associate Director (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with additional locations in Charlotte, Miami, and Tampa; work may include local or out-of-state travel to client sites. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $153,000–$260,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead the growth and delivery of the Change Management capability from pursuit through project completion.
• Direct change management for large-scale ERP transformation programs using Workday, Oracle, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Serve as CMO or PMO lead, coordinating with ERP system and business integrators across transformation workstreams.
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, role-based training, readiness assessments, and adoption analytics.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops, leadership sessions, stakeholder engagements, and UAT readiness activities.
• Build team capability, manage project finances and governance, lead business development, and mentor junior professionals.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformation, including management consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience leading change programs for major ERP platforms and experience with at least two ERP business functions, including HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, or PTM.
• Experience developing impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, readiness assessments, and resistance management plans.
• Experience with senior stakeholder engagement, team leadership, PMO governance, RAID management, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree in MBA, organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or HR is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with change management tools, LMS platforms, and AI productivity tools is preferred.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or equivalent change management certification.
• PMP or similar professional certification.
• Experience analyzing HR or operational processes in the context of SAP-driven change.
