Advisory Manager (Organizational Change)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Houston, or Chicago, United States

Salary: $139,100–$151,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Advisory consulting engagements and manage small client-service teams.
• Own strategy, operating model, organizational design, and change management workstreams from framing through implementation support.
• Manage project planning, estimation, execution, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions.
• Develop change strategies, impact assessments, communications plans, and training approaches.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into executive-ready deliverables and coach Associates and Senior Consultants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or highly relevant industry experience, including management consulting, organizational change, operating model, or transformation work.
• Experience leading teams and workstreams on change, organizational, or process-focused projects.
• Experience with project management, workshop facilitation, senior-stakeholder presentations, and relationship building.
• Familiarity with Prosci, McKinsey's 7-S, Target Operating Model, EOS, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or Business Model Canvas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable experience.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
