Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that drive mindset, behavior, and culture change.
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement.
• Drive adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and technology.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to establish alignment, sponsorship, behavioral expectations, and adoption milestones.
• Measure adoption, behavior change, and culture outcomes, using data to refine transformation strategies.
• Design training and coach managers and teams to sustain organizational change.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change and embed new ways of working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ACMP.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, education, or a related field.
