Sr. Commercial Loan Administrator

Location: Fully onsite in Riverside, California

Salary: $28.00–$39.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison for commercial customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account and loan administration.
• Partner with commercial relationship teams to collect and review underwriting, documentation, and closing information for complex C&I, construction, and term loans.
• Prepare, process, monitor, and maintain loan files, servicing-system data, closing packages, audit documentation, and financial ticklers.
• Coordinate with customers, attorneys, financial resources, and internal departments to resolve issues and complete loan closings on schedule.
• Review property and liability insurance, title policies, title exceptions, UCC searches, construction draws, reconciliations, and disbursements.
• Perform GL certification, maintain regulatory compliance, and coach or train colleagues as a subject matter expert when needed.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of banking, loan administration, and loan documentation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, complex lending structures, letters of credit, borrower-based lending, phased construction, and multiple collateral properties.
• Experience with construction draw analysis, reconciliation, and disbursement, as well as title insurance commitment reports and escrow instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, provide backup to a manager, and direct other associates.
• Proficiency with personal computers and business software such as Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
