What you will do

• Oversee back-office and banking operations, including Consumer Identification Program and OFAC-related tasks.
• Perform account reconciliations, transaction processing, and claim resolutions for healthcare spending account inquiries.
• Manage priority client tickets and work requests within defined service-level agreements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may create financial risk.
• Monitor operational trends, report processing issues, and support special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, financial operations, or a related field.
• Ability to manage back-office banking operations and resolve client issues accurately.
• Ability to maintain high productivity and efficiency while processing financial transactions.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be located in or work from the Maitland, Florida, United States area.
