Deposit Ops Associate (Banking)

Location: Hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah or Boston, Massachusetts; in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote placement is not considered. Primarily MT or ET time zone coverage is required.

What you will do

• Process mobile deposits, check exceptions, and ATM settlement and exception postings.
• Complete account transactions, account openings, service requests, levies, garnishments, and withholding tax payments and reporting for personal and commercial customers.
• Reconcile and balance deposit and ATM-related general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit and regulatory reviews.
• Apply deposit product knowledge and regulatory procedures while delivering professional customer service.
• Use AI-assisted tools and other systems to improve efficiency, identify errors, and meet monthly quality and service standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, retail customer service, banking, or a call center environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong ownership, critical thinking, attention to detail, reliability, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Miser platforms, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid schedule and provide primarily MT or ET time zone coverage.

• Bank operations or back-office experience.
