Corporate Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Hoover, Alabama; the position may also be available in Tampa, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Nashville, Tennessee.

Salary: $83,336.55–$113,980.00 USD annually, with possible participation in an annual discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate design, space planning, construction, office furnishings, and interior finish requirements.
• Plan and manage construction and renovation projects from planning and design through completion.
• Optimize occupancy and operating efficiency across owned and leased locations.
• Maintain building-plan inventories and support space management systems.
• Coordinate furniture and move management services, vendor services, project reporting, and customer service.
• Maintain budgets, improve cost efficiency, and manage health, safety, and environmental issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least five years of project planning or related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and priority-management skills.
• Ability to work at the designated corporate location in the United States.
