Realty Project Coach

Location: Onsite at 5900 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, Pennsylvania 19606, United States

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead realty execution and remodel projects from planning through completion, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, facility management, associates, contractors, and other cross-functional partners.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, delivery, installation, and compliance with company standards.
• Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and phasing plans to minimize operational disruption.
• Monitor project budgets and evaluate impacts on operations, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Communicate project status, changes, and risks while coaching team members and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Experience managing complex realty projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, and resource coordination skills.
• Leadership experience directing associates and vendors while maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Ability to analyze budget, operational, and customer-experience impacts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Required job training and assessments must be completed successfully.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Master’s degree in Business.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
