Senior Project Manager - Retail Banking Refurbish Program

Location: USA wide, United States; on-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: USD 125,000–145,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Define project scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk plans with clients.
• Lead requests for proposals, bid evaluations, resource recommendations, and project delivery planning.
• Coordinate project charters, timelines, status meetings, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate complex project information, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to improved processes and standards.
• Coach team members and support operational objectives across the project management function.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8–10 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Prior EV charging experience is required.
• Leadership, advanced organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PMWeb or other web-based project management software is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex commercial real estate projects and work on-site when required by the client.
