Project Manager - ServiceMac (Mortgage Servicing)

Salary: $85,000–$113,300 annually

What you will do

• Oversee multiple medium- to large-scale complex projects, including loan servicing transfers and technology initiatives.
• Create project plans covering goals, staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, contingencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate deliverables, project schedules, status reports, and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with end users, business technology teams, clients, management, and project sponsors to prioritize goals and information needs.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of directly related project management experience.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and administering projects in business or technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple or large projects, project plans, budgets, risks, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, current technologies, and project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing project plans, documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Mortgage servicing knowledge is preferred.

• Certified ScrumMaster certification.
