Project Manager - Retail Banking Refurbish Program (Real Estate)

Location: USA wide, United States; on-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: USD 110,000–125,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage real estate refurbishment projects from initiation through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments with clients.
• Define project delivery resources, run requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation governance, data integrity, and accurate reporting.
• Direct project delivery teams, track progress and variances, and create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify threats, develop mitigation and contingency plans, apply innovative solutions, and coach colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience managing complex projects and analyzing information from multiple sources to exercise sound judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, inquisitive, mathematical, and financial-calculation skills.

Nice to have

• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designation.
