What you will do

• Review user stories and partner with Lead Salesforce Engineers to define solutions aligned with technical strategies and industry best practices.
• Design, configure, customize, unit test, implement, and maintain Salesforce functionality for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Develop with Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, and messaging technologies.
• Provide service-request, maintenance, troubleshooting, and general platform support.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance Engineers on functional and performance testing and participate in talent interviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce customizations, workflow approvals, Flow, Process Builder, Data Loader, and platform troubleshooting.
• Experience with several integration technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, OpenShift, Docker, or messaging queues.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jira.
• Experience working in Agile teams with product owners and business partners.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
