Salesforce Lead Software Engineer

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with telecommuting up to 4 days per week.

Salary: $156,998–$208,770 per year.

What you will do

• Provide technical and team leadership for a Scrum team developing Salesforce digital marketing capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions with attention to performance, usability, quality, security, and scalability.
• Build integrations between Salesforce, backend systems, publishers, external portals, and partner teams.
• Lead platform modernization and collaborate with Enterprise Architects on high-level solutions and implementation.
• Establish software quality practices, support debugging and testing, and ensure adherence to security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate with product owners, architects, Scrum Masters, end users, and internal customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience as a Salesforce Software Engineer or in a related occupation.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning UI, Aura, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations using standard connectors and REST/SOAP APIs, as well as Salesforce Community portals and declarative customization.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Salesforce certifications, and Agile project methodologies.
