Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: USD 70,500–88,100 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce functionality, automated flows, reports, dashboards, user access, and data management.
• Gather requirements from VIP stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Development, Analytics, and Data Engineering on integrations, new data points, and complex technical solutions.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to query and validate data and maintain accuracy across Salesforce.
• Test and launch system enhancements while improving tools, processes, and user adoption.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration, sales operations, or related experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder, reports, dashboards, user administration, and data management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, plus familiarity with Apex and Salesforce development concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, analytical problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
