Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. The role includes approximately 20% travel and is eligible for relocation.

Salary: $185,000–$254,000 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, resource plans, and delivery requirements.
• Lead systems engineering projects and programs while managing product specifications, costs, resources, and schedules.
• Manage multiple related teams, assign work, set priorities, and support professional development.
• Develop personnel through hiring, coaching, performance management, career planning, and employee development programs.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and integrate new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Manage departmental budgets, documentation, compliance, and computing resources for design development.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of systems engineering concepts and related job families.
• In-depth understanding of how the discipline integrates within the business segment or function.
• Experience resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Experience managing teams, setting organizational priorities, allocating resources, and influencing senior management.
• Compliance with hirify.global standards of business conduct, confidentiality, safety, ISO, and related engineering requirements.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 20% travel.
