Subject Matter Expert - Implementations (SaaS)

What you will do

• Implement and onboard clients onto the Clearwater SaaS platform using the Client Engagement Model.
• Apply domain expertise in investment accounting, securities, financial markets, derivatives, alternatives, fixed income, and regulatory regimes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead solutions that streamline onboarding and accelerate delivery through scalable processes.
• Collaborate with analysts, team leads, program managers, development teams, and global colleagues to resolve client and product issues.
• Develop user stories, training materials, standard operating procedures, whitepapers, and other knowledge resources.
• Support clients as an advocate and develop toward a trusted client advisor role.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, securities, financial markets, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures, equities, fixed income, and structured products.
• Experience with general ledger systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft and period-end close processes.
• Intermediate project management and leadership skills, including experience with Clarizen, Salesforce, or JIRA.
• Proficient Excel, Microsoft Office, documentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
