What you will do

• Support consulting and implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring milestones.
• Gather and document client requirements, business processes, and project needs.
• Assist clients and internal teams with onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and better client outcomes.
• Build expertise in hirify.global products, implementation methodologies, and consulting practices.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, information technology, computer science, finance, data analytics, project management, operations management, or a related field.
• Rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.
