What you will do

• Support consulting and implementation projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring milestones.
• Gather and document client requirements, business processes, and project needs for solution design and delivery.
• Assist clients and internal teams with onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and stronger client outcomes.
• Build expertise in hirify.global products, implementation methodologies, consulting practices, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, information systems, information technology, computer science, finance, data analytics, project management, or operations management.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available.
