Sr. Clinical Solutions Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina; preferred candidates based in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, or New York, with consideration for qualified candidates along the Northeast Coast. Must reside near a major airport and be able to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 estimated annual base salary.

What you will do

• Assess clinical workflows, technology requirements, and healthcare operations.
• Design and document workflows for nurse call, messaging, voice, and digital health solutions.
• Lead clinical discovery sessions and workflow design workshops with healthcare organizations.
• Support implementation activities, user acceptance testing, go-live readiness, and launch support.
• Prepare clinical documentation, executive summaries, and project deliverables.
• Guide clinical configuration, customer adoption, and post-implementation workflow optimization.

Requirements

• RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical experience in an acute care environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Experience supporting clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and healthcare technology implementations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel, and reside near a major airport.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship and transfer of sponsorship are not available.
