Management Consulting Senior Associate (Life Sciences Advisory)

Location: Raleigh, United States; willingness and ability to travel 25%+ required.

Salary: $94,400–$178,800 per year, plus discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support client assessments using data, interviews, observations, opinions, and facilitated workshops.
• Analyze business problems and develop strategic and operational solutions for life sciences clients.
• Propose, develop, and implement solutions for complex client initiatives.
• Communicate with engagement teams, client employees, C-suite executives, and private equity partners.
• Support business development, networking, proposals, marketing content, and engagement economics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in at least three performance improvement areas, including quality systems, FDA audits or regulations, manufacturing operations, CAPAs/NCMRs/OOTs, process validation, QMS, MES, LIMS, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, business process mapping, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage ambiguity, and build client relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25%+.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, mechanical, computer, chemical, or industrial engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements.
