Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Bakersfield, California, United States; not a remote role and work is required in the listed territory

Salary: $34.60–$53.93 annually, with the final rate depending on experience, education, training, location, and business considerations.

What you will do

• Assess and settle auto damage claims promptly and accurately.
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across field and in-office settings within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in the Bakersfield territory; this is not a remote position.
