Senior Auto Claims Adjuster

Location: North Phoenix, Arizona; 12 weeks of on-site training followed by a hybrid schedule

Pay: $50–$60 per hour. Bonus: $2,500 after successfully completing 12 weeks.

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex first-party and third-party auto claims.
• Determine liability, comparative negligence, coverage, policy limits, and potential excess exposure.
• Evaluate bodily injury, physical damage, property damage, total loss, and vehicle repair claims.
• Review medical records, demand packages, estimates, policies, endorsements, and supporting documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and other involved parties.
• Maintain reserves, claim files, regulatory compliance, timely follow-up, and quality in a high-volume inventory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on auto claims adjusting experience preferred.
• Experience making auto liability determinations, analyzing coverage and policy limits, and handling physical/property damage claims.
• Experience with first-party and third-party claims, bodily injury, complex or disputed liability, and settlement negotiation.
• Experience with high-limit, commercial auto, attorney-represented, litigated, comparative negligence, or total loss claims is highly valued.
• Current or previously held insurance adjuster licenses may be considered; provide the NIPR Producer Database / License Information Report.
• Experience with claims and estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex/Solera, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or ISO ClaimSearch.
