Senior Financial Analyst (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Sunnyvale, CA (On-site)

Compensation: $160,000–$195,000 + Bonus + Equity

hirify.global is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that builds and operates energy-efficient data centers to power ambitious AI workloads.

What you will do

• Identify and size opportunities where committed data center capacity, power, or compute is not converting to revenue.
• Partner with Capacity Planning, Product Management, and legal teams to evaluate technical and commercial constraints.
• Translate probabilistic and technical models into financial terms, including expected value and risk assessment.
• Make recommendations on risk-taking for capacity monetization and defend these positions to leadership.
• Build durable financial frameworks for infrastructure opportunities while managing live operational decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or capital allocation in capital-intensive industries.
• Strong proficiency in probabilistic thinking, distributions, and tail risk assessment.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and validation.
• Experience partnering with Product Management on pricing or product-related decisions.
• Contract fluency to navigate existing customer agreements and commercial constraints.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GPU cloud economics.
• Knowledge of data center design and utilization metrics.
• Experience with interruptible, spot, or committed-use pricing models.
