Account Supervisor

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage and empower junior team members, delegating responsibilities to support operational excellence and team growth.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for Tennessee Tourism, understanding business goals, travel trends, and marketing strategies.
• Drive projects from brief through completion and oversee campaign execution.
• Manage project estimates, monthly billings, and status reporting.
• Coordinate alignment across internal teams and specialized discipline leads.

Requirements

• Four years of agency account management experience.
• Experience managing people, delegating tasks, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to begin projects immediately with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level clients.
• Adaptable, action-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-moving campaign environment.
