Salary: $124,000–$136,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across hirify.global’ platforms and business units.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions and deliver effective hiring outcomes.
• Source active and passive candidates through networks, social media, and proactive talent pools.
• Partner with talent, HR, compensation, hiring managers, and employees throughout the recruiting process.
• Conduct prescreens, post-screen meetings, reference checks, and background-check support.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in HRIS systems and support U.S. campus recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
• At least 10 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with an ATS; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong candidate sourcing, relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in the Fort Worth office and travel for recruitment or campus activities as needed.
