Salary: $80,000 USD annualized minimum base pay; actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.

What you will do

• Develop creative sourcing and recruitment strategies, including outreach through non-traditional talent sources.
• Manage candidate communications, feedback collection, status updates, and the overall candidate experience.
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews, evaluations, and debrief meetings.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports to evaluate sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand business needs, plan hiring strategies, and identify future talent requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Experience conducting and coaching behavioral-based interviews.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruitment candidate relationship management tools.
• Experience using candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High school diploma or GED.
