Talent Acquisition Specialist (Legal)

Location: Silicon Valley, United States

Salary: $84,000–$120,000 per year, with a discretionary performance-based bonus potentially available.

hirify.global is a law firm hiring for its talent acquisition function, supporting recruiting across multiple departments and professional-services roles.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding.
• Draft and publish job advertisements and position descriptions while managing agency relationships and recruiting-related fees.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to clarify staffing needs, develop sourcing plans, and execute recruiting strategies.
• Build candidate, educational institution, agency, and legal-industry relationships through networking, events, and recruiting programs.
• Advise and train hiring managers on lawful hiring, interviewing practices, and applicable recruitment procedures.
• Maintain recruitment activity data and report on metrics including time-to-fill, cost-to-hire, applicant flow, interviews, and hires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience; law firm or professional-services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law, recruitment and selection techniques, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Excellent interviewing, interpersonal, written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for recruiting assignments and work beyond regular business hours when required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with mastery of applicable software applications.
