Senior AI Consultant, Professional Services - West Coast

Location: Remote within the United States, with compensation stated across all US locations

What you will do

• Lead discovery, roadmap design, and executive stakeholder relationships for AI agent deployments.
• Manage Certified Agent engagements from kickoff through launch, including scope, timelines, requirements, and stakeholder signoff.
• Map current and future-state processes and configure workspaces, agents, prompts, permissions, templates, and reporting.
• Develop UAT plans, test cases, customer documentation, enablement sessions, and post-launch stabilization plans.
• Track efficiency, quality, compliance, throughput, and ROI outcomes while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Create delivery playbooks, mentor consultants, and share product and implementation insights with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, implementation consulting, solutions consulting, technical customer success, or technical project/program management.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or decisioning solutions in production.
• Experience leading complex implementations with multiple stakeholders, project management, executive communication, process mapping, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting workflow platforms, automation systems, or enterprise SaaS tools.
• Understanding of prompt design, guardrails, structured memory, tool access, external integrations, and iterative AI workflow evaluation.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol concepts and safe tool integration patterns, plus strong facilitation and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or iPaaS and middleware integrations.
• Change management, adoption planning, enablement, or enterprise Professional Services experience.
• Consulting experience at a Big Four firm or similar organization.
• PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent certification.
