Focus on AS IS-to-TO BE analysis, UAT and system testing, creating work instructions, and training operations analysts.

What you will do
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Create work instructions and standard operating documentation for KYC/AML operations teams.
- Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Perform AS IS-to-TO BE analysis and help standardize operational ways of working across Risk Operations teams.
- Collaborate with developers during UAT and participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Train operations analysts on created documentation and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in AML/KYC.
- Experience writing work instructions or standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
