TL;DR
Business Analyst - NMS (Capital Markets): Translating client business needs into validated business and system requirements for trading-related implementations with an accent on requirements management, client communication, and delivery coordination. Focus on supporting design, development, testing, go-live, user training, and post-launch adoption across EMEA client engagements.
Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office
Annual gross base pay: zł94,000–zł183,000

What you will do
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary client contact from implementation through ongoing support.
- Support design, development, testing, and go-live activities to ensure requirements are delivered.
- Train end users on new functionality and resolve adoption-related queries.
- Contribute to scope planning, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment under senior guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Understanding of capital markets and trading concepts in a client-facing context.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and financial messaging standards used in trading environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to support EMEA clients across varying working hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with market surveillance, compliance, or trading platform projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or multi-regional environments.
- Additional European language skills.
