Senior Business Analyst (Data Migration & Knowledge Management)

Location: 100% remote

Salary: 160–180 PLN net per hour on a B2B basis

The end client delivers large-scale digital transformation projects for international public, defense, and government administration organizations.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements for a large-scale digital platform.
• Collaborate with domain experts, global stakeholders, and the core project team to maintain strategic alignment.
• Support the design and documentation of business processes and system functionality.
• Help shape terminology management workflows, advanced search, data management, and enterprise system integrations.
• Analyze data sources, prepare data mappings, conduct data discovery, and define migration rules.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering large transformational projects with budgets above €1 million.
• Background in public administration, military or defense, or international organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• English at C1 level or higher is required.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, workflow systems, approval processes, case management, REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, system integrations, User Stories, backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, and prototyping.

Nice to have

• French at B1/B2 level.
• Experience with CMS, document management, enterprise search, taxonomies, and metadata management.
• Knowledge of taxonomy, ontology, RDF, SKOS, OWL, knowledge graphs, and semantic search.
