Director, Finance & Transformation (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Lead the Finance Data and Transformation team and act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology.
• Oversee demand intake, requirements, solution options, prioritization, roadmaps, executive reporting, and business value realization.
• Govern functional solution design, configuration, reporting, data, security, controls, and financial structures across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and adjacent applications.
• Manage project and enhancement delivery from requirements and design through testing, release, stabilization, and production support.
• Establish incident, service-request, problem-management, SLA, root-cause-analysis, and continuous-improvement processes.
• Lead and develop a distributed team while managing capacity, staffing, operating-model governance, segregation of duties, audit, SOX, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, including 5+ years leading distributed and offshore teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM financial modules.
• Experience with requirements definition, functional solution design, controlled production configuration, and end-to-end application portfolio management.
• Experience with change, incident, problem, and service-request processes in an IT service management platform such as ServiceNow.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and cross-team dependency-management skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance credential.
• Experience integrating treasury, revenue, tax, and other third-party finance applications with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, major re-platforming, and quarterly Oracle release management.
• Experience establishing or maturing a finance systems Center of Excellence.
• Exposure to Power BI, OTBI/BIP, FDI, FRS, or Narrative Reporting.
