Implementation Engineer (AI)

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year base compensation, plus potential equity

hirify.global develops an AI Time platform that uses machine learning to automate work-time capture and connect time data with business outcomes for professional services firms.

What you will do

• Build and customize Boomi processes integrating hirify.global with client Practice Management Systems, ERP platforms, and other business-critical systems.
• Monitor integration health, Boomi Atoms, alerts, logs, and data flows across client environments.
• Investigate root causes of integration failures, data discrepancies, system shutdowns, and recurring operational issues.
• Support billing-system migrations and ERP transitions, including zero-downtime cutovers and urgent go-live support.
• Serve as a Level 2 escalation point and collaborate with Principal Partner Engineers and Engineering teams on complex issues.
• Communicate with client technical contacts, coordinate incident resolution, and document processes and knowledge-base articles.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting data flows across multiple systems, with REST APIs, SQL, databases, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technical integration, ERP architecture, API testing, ETL, data synchronization, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to engineers, clients, and non-technical stakeholders during time-sensitive incidents.
• Basic scripting or automation skills with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal tech, professional services software, human capital management, or time-and-billing systems such as SAP, Workday, Aderant, Elite 3E, Practice Engine, CCH Axcess, or Clio.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience in a high-velocity, customer-centric environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, ServiceNow, Postman, curl, or similar tools.
