Associate Solutions Manager Co-op (May 2027 | 16-months)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid with three days per week in the Toronto office and two days working remotely

What you will do

• Work with presales Solutions Consultants to analyze client and prospect business processes and define Proof of Concept strategies.
• Design and build tailored POCs that address prospect pain points, meet success criteria, and demonstrate product differentiators.
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand, design, and develop product features for POC solutions.
• Build models for professional sports, manufacturing, financial services, and real estate organizations.
• Develop subject matter expertise in corporate performance management and maintain solution design and architecture documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a registered university co-op program in Ontario and available for a 16-month full-time co-op starting in May 2027.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, or consolidation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, macros, and sophisticated formatting.
• Knowledge of relational databases or multidimensional database cubes, plus an understanding of coding fundamentals.
• Strong consultative communication, business acumen, initiative, self-learning ability, and perseverance.
