What you will do
- Provide Level 2 technical support for the PRIIP Cloud product and Tier 1 banking clients.
- Produce Key Information Documents for exotic and unprecedented structured-product trades.
- Augment XML data structures, adjust precedent documents, and extend internal user interfaces and AI models.
- Answer client and stakeholder questions about risk metrics, analytics performance, and cost composition.
- Support client integration and contribute operational insight to product development.
- Collaborate with software developers, quantitative analysts, regulatory and legal analysts, and linguists.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience with Structured Products is mandatory.
- Strength in financial expertise, programming literacy, or client relationship management, with willingness to develop complementary skills.
- Excellent customer-facing technical support, communication, logical reasoning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements in English.
- Computer literacy, including manipulating XML and JSON, using AI tools and scripts, and executing API calls.
- Higher education qualification in any subject.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with coding or scripting for interpreting and debugging application logic.
- Professional experience or strong understanding of financial concepts and structured products.
