Head of Corporate Development (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Norwalk, Connecticut or New York City, United States

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the full M&A lifecycle, including strategic evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration.
• Shape and communicate hirify.global’s inorganic growth strategy, opportunity frameworks, and transaction priorities.
• Originate and develop strategic partnerships, pilots, commercial agreements, joint ventures, and minority investments.
• Represent hirify.global with founders, executives, investors, advisors, and other industry participants.
• Lead cross-functional execution, integration governance, transaction reviews, and value-capture initiatives.
• Manage and coach the Corporate Development team while strengthening M&A processes, playbooks, tools, and external networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategy, or corporate development, including leadership experience.
• At least 10 years of transaction experience, particularly buy-side M&A; a deal sheet is required.
• Deep financial acumen across opportunity identification, execution, transaction structuring, negotiation, and integration.
• Experience building strategic or commercial partnerships and working with executive- and board-level stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
